Why the secrecy?

I have a question. If Blazer management has been so offended by the Oregonian reporting that they pulled their advertising, why is it being kept a secret? There is only one place that I know of that this has been reported and that is at Hoopsworld. Honestly, I am beginning to doubt it is true. One would think that Steve Patterson would have mentioned this tidbit in his speech the other night. He didn't. Something doesn't seem right. It seems more logical that this would be the new Blazer mantra.
