Blazers versus Memphis Grizzlies

I couldn't more glad that the Blazers are on the road. My hope is that they are focused and oblivious to the chaos going on in Portland.

Tonight the Blazers face our old friend Bonzi Wells. The last time we played Memphis, Bonzi went off for 25 points. I have no doubt he has similar plans tonight. On the other hand Ruben Patterson may have his own plans for Bonzi.

Memphis has been playing well and are coming off of one of their best January's ever (12-3) and have started Feb. 3-1. The Blazers have lost 5 straight on the road and are coming off of an embarrassing loss to New Orleans. If they are distracted by Blazergate, I expect them give a great effort to get this win. Everyone is going to have to show up tonight, not just Damon. I think Ruben will be especially fired up after his oddball ejection Wednesday. We can not afford for that to happen, we need Ruben.

Game time is 5PM PST and it's on FSN.

UPDATE: Blazers lose a tough one. Turnovers Turnovers Turnovers. With 22 the Blazers could open a bakery. There were far too many hurry up shots. Damon's free throw streak is still alive at 51.
