Think your tattoo belongs to you? Think again.

"A Portland man who put a tattoo on the right arm of former Trail Blazer Rasheed Wallace is suing to stop the forward from displaying the work in ads for Nike basketball shoes...

The tattoo is one of the more distinctive in the NBA. Sports Illustrated for Kids used it in a feature asking readers to match each tattoo with the NBA player who wears it.

But last year, Reed claims he became aware of a Nike ad that centers on the tattoo and its creation. Reed claims the ad violates the copyright he holds to "the Egyptian Family Pencil Drawing..."
