China bans Nike ad featuring LeBron James.

"...Dec. 6 (Bloomberg) -- China's advertising regulators banned a Nike Inc. advertisement featuring NBA star LeBron James, saying the depiction of him fighting and defeating a martial arts master and other animated characters to be ``disrespectful to Chinese traditional culture...

Maurice Zhou, a spokesman for Nike in Shanghai, said the company intended the advertisement to send a ``positive message to youths to not fear anything. However, we respect the regulator's decision..."

The ad is called "Fear Room".
