Fighting Illini knock off Wake Forest

OK OK...I have to toot the Illini horn here. I came home from work to find the Illini (#3) "crushing" Wake Forest (#1) in the ACC Big Ten Challenge. The Illini won 91-73. They led by 32 in the first half. This is a statement game for Illinois.

The Illini are looking really good right now. They are shooting 53.7% with 72% of the shots coming off assists. The Illini are aiming high this year. They are well on their way. Keep an eye on Dee Brown!

I have to make mention that last Saturday the Illini beat Gonzaga 89-72. heh heh
