Coach Cheeks bans popcorn from the locker room.

Some may laugh at this but it MATTERS. If the guys can't be responsible enough to keep the popcorn in their mouths and off the floor, then they shouldn't have it.
If you live in a messy house it affects your life. It's the difference between wearing sweats or a suit. If I am not mistaken, I believe that suits are required on team flights. There is a reason for it. These young guys have to be shown how to be responsible and PROJECT A PROFESSIONAL IMAGE.
These little things DO make differences in life. I applaud Mo for paying attention to the smaller details.

This reminds me of pregame warm-ups where the only 2 players to EVER tuck in their shirts were Arvydas Sabonis and Scottie Pippen. Once Damon started changing his life around, he too tucked in the shirt. They were the only professionals on the floor. I noticed, others notice. It matters!
