Give them a break.

Just a few days ago everyone was bragging on the Blazers and wanting to change their season wins predictions. They climbed in the power rankings. Today the finger pointing has begun. Who's to blame for this miserable road trip? Nate? The back court? Youth? Point guards? The bench? Losing is not fun for anyone.

This is the same team that beat Dallas and Detroit. They CAN play.

I think it's time for a reminder. This is a very young and inexperienced team. This road trip is part of the process. They KNOW what to do, they are having to learn how to maintain it. How many times have you started a diet and failed? You KNOW what to do. Eat less, move more. Simple concept. Why can't you do it consistently? I know there are many out there who can relate. The Blazers KNOW what to do, they just haven't mastered the art of consistency. Give them a break. So they are gaining a few pounds on this road trip, they just need some motivation. If they want to win bad enough, they'll find it.
