Rip City Is Back!

Holy cow! Be honest, did any of you think that the Blazers would have wins against Dallas and Detroit? Don't forget they were always in the game in San Antonio right out of the gate.

This team deserves much credit. They've earned it. I want them to enjoy these wins. We all can celebrate their success. We are all tired of being beaten up for being Blazer fans. The team is tired of being overlooked. Heck, games that were scheduled to be broadcast nationwide were cancelled simply because we lost Oden. They may regret that move.

The Blazers are playing very good basketball on both ends of the court. It's early, but the NBA should take notice. Teams need to consider the Blazers an opponent to be feared. The Rose Garden is becoming a house of pain.

Of course it is very early and it is a long season, but the Blazers are off to fantastic start. Admit it, they are doing far better than expected, and that is reason for all Blazer fans to dust off those foam fingers and jerseys and join in the party. Rip City is back and it's time to enjoy being a Blazer fan again!

Will the adrenaline carry them to an even more unlikely win in Denver? At this point, I would not be surprised!
