"...Chris Dudley has made too many charitable and civic contributions on his own to mention over the years. Now the former Trail Blazer center is going to enlist some help.

Dudley has an impressive cast of sports and entertainment celebrities who will converge on Oba Restaurante in the Pearl District on Thursday to participate in a Celebrity Hold ’Em Tournament, a benefit for Dudley’s Foundation for Children With Diabetes.

Among the names involved in the invitation-only event: Actresses Daryl Hannah, Mimi Rogers and Kathy Griffin, actor Kevin Kline, talk-show host Ricki Lake, screenwriter Mike Rich and, from the world of sports, Richie Sexson, Clyde Drexler, Scottie Pippen, Terry Porter, Jerome Kersey, Maurice Cheeks, Damon Stoudamire and Sebastian Telfair..."
